4. Orders & Payments
   Prices are displayed on the website or shared via quotation and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   Full or partial payment may be required before order processing.
   Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (unless agreed otherwise).
5. Design Files & Approvals
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate and final design files.
   Proof approval (if provided) is the customer’s responsibility.
   We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer (e.g., spelling, colors, layout).
6. Shipping & Delivery:
   Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
   Orders once confirmed or sent to production cannot be canceled.
   Customized or printed products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
   Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our internal policy.
8. Intellectual Property
   All website content, designs, logos, images, and text are owned by or licensed to Surya Digital Prints.
   You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
9. User Conduct
   You agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
